We may be an English Choir, but there’s no doubt we can sing in Welsh, we have some Welsh members, and we’ve have sung with Welsh Male Choirs, so for RMVC celebrating St David’s Day was, as they say, a must!

RMVC gives Flowers to Romsey Station
Choir member Peter Larkin’s legendary carpentry skills were once more brought into play in constructing a beautiful planter to sit outside reception at Romsey Station for the enjoyment of the Station’s passengers and staff…..

RMVC support for the Romsey Food Bank
Continuing RMVC’s support for the Romsey Food Bank , choir Chairman Kevin Cleary presented a cheque for £150 to the charity in time for Christmas.

Back in Thornden Hall, one of our favourite local venues, we joined with Basingstoke, Hampshire Police and Rushmoor Odd Fellows MVCs for a wonderful night of song, and yet more song, and all in aid of Hampshire and IOW Air Ambulance……..

The Silver Ring Choir of Bath did us proud!
We want to say a huge thank you to the Silver Ring Choir of Bath for inviting us to perform as its guest at a most entertaining concert in St Luke’s Church, Wellsway on Saturday 30 October.

RMVC loves the annual Romsey Festival and we were the last concert of the Festival held in Romsey Abbey in 2023.

The 2023 Beggars Fair – a fabulous Romsey tradition - and we were performing again in Romsey Abbey!
Romsey Abbey at 11.30am was full to bursting with Beggars Fair goers of all ages who, it turned out, weren’t shy about having a bit of fun…..

On a beautiful sunny day in the lovely town of Guildford what could be better than exercising our vocal cords both within and after the June concert with friends Hart MVC
